"The staff is consistent, super friendly, and remembers you and your usual order! They are very efficient and the space is quaint and well maintained. I appreciate that they make everything fresh and you can really taste the love they put into their food! "

Wow. You will not find better bagels anywhere in Chicagoland, I am sure of it. They are freshly made in house (if you can get them warm, prepare for your mind to be blown), and their cream cheese is made in house as well, and it only adds to the goodness.

"I have to say these are some of the best bagels I've had. I've lived near NYC and have gone there many times. This place is up with the best bagel spots I've tried. So glad it isn't that far from my home"
Deena, P.

This Prairie Trail plaza spot may be tiny in size and generic in appearance (the sign straight-forwardly displays "Bagels" in red), but it packs a ton of breakfast and lunch options. Freshly baked bagels range from basic whole-wheat and sesame to cheddar jalapeno, strawberry banana and French toast. More than a dozen homemade flavored cream cheeses dwell under the glass counter, including cherry vanilla, garlic and chive and a decadent chocolate studded with chocolate chips. Early-morning java fans flock in for several flavors of hot Green Mountain coffee. Mini pizzas are baked individually on bagel dough, and sandwiches are made-to-order on the bagel of your choice and include the tuna melt, veggie delight and rueben. Cases of bottled drinks and shelves of tea and coffee knick-knacks line the walls beside the counter. |
